Couples & Marriage Counseling

Strengthen your relationship with guided sessions that help partners communicate more openly, resolve conflict, and rebuild connection.

Understanding the Process

What Is Couples & Marriage Counseling?

Every relationship has seasons of closeness and distance. Couples counseling offers a structured, compassionate space where you and your partner can address the patterns that create disconnection and rediscover the foundation of your bond. Whether you are working through a specific challenge or want to strengthen an already good relationship, our therapists help you build skills that last far beyond the therapy room.

Is This Right for You?

Who Is It For?

Couples counseling is for partners at any stage of their relationship, whether you are newly together, engaged, married for decades, or considering separation. It is for couples who argue frequently and cannot seem to resolve disagreements, those who feel emotionally distant even when physically close, partners navigating infidelity or trust issues, and couples who simply want to deepen their intimacy and communication. Same-sex and non-traditional partnerships are warmly welcomed.

Your Experience

What to Expect

Sessions are typically 50 to 80 minutes and usually take place weekly. The first session involves getting to know both of you, your relationship history, and what you each hope to gain. You will also each have a brief individual meeting with the therapist. From there, sessions focus on identifying patterns of interaction, learning new communication skills, and working through specific issues. You will leave each session with tools and practices to try at home together.
